GENERAL
Privacy Policy
We do not share customer details with third parties. Our prices, delivery charges and description of Pretty Wild goods are displayed on our website. This information is subject to change without notice. Any changes will be updated and reflected immediately on the website.
The price you shall pay for the goods listed online is the price displayed on our website at the time receive your order, with the exception of error.
We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, will inform you as soon as possible.
If an error is discovered, we shall give you the option of purchasing the order at the correct price or cancelling the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described above, shall refund the full amount.
Flowers
No two bouquets are the same. Flowers are subject to availability. We work with seasonal and/or ethical produce. If a particular flower is unavailable we will replace it with one of equal value.
Postal/Delivery Flowers
We are working on our delivery service. Our T&Cs will be updated to reflect PW policies as soon as possible.
Wedding
Should you decide to use PW as your wedding florist, 50% of the agreed cost will be required immediately to secure your booking and the date. The final 50%, which will reflect any amends through the consultation/planning process will be due for payment exactly 4 weeks before the wedding date.
Workshops
As PW incurs the cost of venue hire, flowers, sundries, catering and staff where required, we are unable to offer full refunds on cancellations without 14 days notice. Cancellations within 14 days for a PW workshop will receive a refund of 40% of the amount paid.
Workshops require a minimum number of attendees to take place. If this minimum number is not met, we will provide you with an alternative date or offer you a full refund.

The Environment.
We work to always use recyclable, organic and biodegradable products. The flower industry isn't always that environmentally friendly so we're constantly researching new ways to be better. One way in which we do this is by not aqua packing our delivery flowers. They are sent with a small water source and wrapped rightly in natural textiles to ensure the flowers are kept safe and happy. We recommend you swap them to fresh water in a clean vessel as soon as possible.

Refunds

FLOWERS
Amendments / Refund / Cancellation Policy
As flowers are a perishable product, once flowers are purchased at the flower market for you a refund will not be possible unless the quality of the bouquet is compromised. In this instance please provide us with a photograph of the flowers to be eligible for a full or part refund.
Customers need to cancel their order before 12pm the day before delivery to be eligible for a refund. Amendments to orders need to be made before 12pm the day before delivery in order to give us time to process these changes.
Again, as our product is perishable, we do not offer re-deliveries, nor are we able to offer a refund if the flowers have already left the workshop for delivery.
FANCY GOODS
If for any reason the item you have received is faulty, damaged or you were sent the wrong item, send it back to us within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund (Including shipping costs).
Your refund will be processed back to the payment card or you can transfer the amount to a Gift Card.
You will need to return your unused, unopened and still in the original packaging item to us within 14 days from your order date.
We do not offer refunds on beauty products or items made to order. This includes our perfume range.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Please ensure your order number and contact details are enclosed.
The return shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty) and we will not be held responsible for missing items during their return. It is advised to return them 'tracked'.
Refunds will need to be sent to the original payment method.
Competitions.
1. STANDARD TERMS 1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 2. WHO CAN ENTER? 2.1 Entry is open to those residing in the United kingdom or Ireland (hereafter ‘eligible entrant’) 3. HOW TO ENTER 3.1 The competition commences on Monday 12th July at 18.30 and concludes on Thursday 22nd JULY 2013 at 11.59pm. 3.2 In order to enter, eligible entrants must follow the requirements as per the instagram post. PRIZES 4.1 There will be one (3) prize draw and three (3) winners. 5. HOW TO WIN 5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from total pool of entries received,Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. The winner will be chosen randomly using an app to ensure fairness 6. NO LIABILITY 6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions. 6.2 Pretty Wild& affiliates and associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail. 6.3 Pretty Wild & affiliates will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur: a) during the draw; b) while undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw; c) in the participation in any prize; d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; e) due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
